Our 10 to 12-month Christian program is designed to meet the unique needs of each teenager, providing a holistic approach to healing and personal growth. From a structured daily routine to individualized academic and discipleship tracks, we focus on your teen’s physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
We offer more than a temporary fix. Our Five-Level Leadership Training Process ensures that your child receives focused discipleship and personal development at every stage. With support ranging from recovery assistance for behavioral problems and self-harm to life skills training, leadership development, and pastoral counseling, your teen will experience true, lasting transformation.

Biblical Based Leadership Training
We believe in long-term change through Christ. Our Five-Level Therapeutic Process focuses on personal growth and discipleship, guiding each student through emotional healing, spiritual growth, and character development. The first levels offer structured oversight, while higher levels award privileges, responsibilities, and freedom as they progress.

Teen Challenge offers Advanced Leadership Training to redirect and develop each student's natural leadership abilities. Some students arrive having misdirected their talents, while others have made poor choices by following others. Our program helps students recognize their unique leadership traits and learn how to lead with positive influence.
We teach students to take responsibility and embrace the rewards of leadership while guiding them toward servant leadership—leading with integrity and humility. As students advance through our program, leadership responsibilities grow, preparing them for different leadership challenges.

Animal Therapy for Emotional Healing
Our unique Animal Therapy Program in partnership with Oasis Animal Adventures offers a powerful experience in emotional healing. Students work with horses, camels, and exotic animals, building trust, responsibility, and accountability.
